Yes! They are awful. I just came back from Egypt and had used them as our tour operator. They lied about our cruise ship (gave us 1 full class below promised), did not get us to half the sites we wanted to see, were very rude to us and also took us to several shops that we did not ask to go to; despite our complaint. Horrible operator
