Cinderella Egypt Tours - Low Rating

We went to Egypt recently through Cinderella Egypt tours. But they did not provide the facilities as they promised in the mail . We had detailed phone and e-mail communications with them , but it was not fulfilled when we reached there
They also did not book the domestic airtickets and put us in total confusion and tension until the last minute .
Their overall planning was very poor and more interested in the money and not in the service .

So I would like to give them a low rating and do not recommend Cinderella Egypt tours to others.

people in any way make problems , the domestic flight of that client was delayed 7 hours and we have booked them a hotel rooms on our account and they dont pay anything , thats all
