Help us please to solve our problem.
This October we were in hotel (Marsa Alam, hotel Sol Y Mar Dolphin House). At the end of the trip the hotel manager Rafik Saied Hussin Ali met us and invited to their hotel for the New Year holydays for the good price. He said that Sol Y Mar Dolphin House had reserved 50 rooms to invite guests from different countries to promote this hotel and make it more popular. And they chose us and made us this special offer.
We accepted and when we were back to Moscow, we sent money via Western Union to Hotel’s Head Office in 2 transfers – 552 USD and 230 USD. The last transfer was sent in the end of November.
Rafik promised that the Head Office will send invitation by express-mail right after receiving money. But we have not received anything. Then Rafik said that special courier from Egypt Air will visit us in Moscow and bring documents. But we did not meet anybody.
In the middle of December Rafik suggested returning money and promised to send them in several days. We agreed, but have not received anything in 2 weeks.
Now Rafik Saied Hussin Ali is telling that the hotel Sol Y Mar Dolphin House is closed now and he is working in Holiday Inn Taba. We checked in Pegas Turistik – with hotel everything OK, so Rafik lies to us.
We have documents to prove our words:
· Handwritten description of New Year trip
· Money transfer papers
· Sms from Rafik with all details.
