Stayed for 9 days in March 2006. Flats were extremely comfortable and well maintained. No problems at all.

I would like to highly recomend Jane for tours & for the flats. We visited Egypt for the first time in April (2008) & for our 1st week stayed at Jane & Mahmoud's flats.
Jane arranged trips and tours for us. Every person she arranged to take us out was friendly, helpful, knowledgable, patient with our 3 kids (who have autistic spectrum disorders). We were collected (exactly on time) at the flats & never felt under pressure to hurry up - everything was at our pace & what we wanted.
One day we had a donkey ride over the ridge planned - the kids refused to ride the donkeys... In the end they took the donkeys for a walk around the village...
. We realised there was no hope of the planned camel ride later on that week - was no problem, Jane simply arranged a boat trip instead!
As for the flats - they were spacious, clean & the views amazing! Jane's family & staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. As for the pool - fantastic!
Would we go back? You bet - we're saving already!
