The best thing that I did was to book a travel agent who assigned us a guide. Aladin Travel (www.nefertitihotel.com/tours) did a fantastic job. One of the guides assigned to us in Cairo did a fantastic job. She took us in a van to the pyramids in Giza. I didn't realize how vast the area would be and the amount of humidity we would have to deal with. So, it was very nice to have an air conditioned van. Our guide even brought us water and gave us a personal tour of the pyramids.

After looking at all the tours offered through toureqypt, this is the only tour company that planned our itinerary to the detailed I had requested. We didn't need to do a thing more. Aladin Travel did everything. I would go with them again. Thanks Aladin!
